I use a combination of my academic study in Depth Psychology, Psychoanalysis, Gestalt Therapy, life coaching, and philosophical counseling, as well as my skills in relationships, finance, personal fitness training, and education within a system known as Lifesculpting to help clients realize the life they’ve always wanted.

LS is a combination of depth psychology fused with concepts from psychoanalysis, stoicism, philosophical counseling, and intuitive counseling. I also incorporate hypnotherapy.
We begin the journey by looking at your personal situation, what you want to change, both internally and externally. We then look at the barriers holding you back from become the true you. We look deep into your past and present through various activities and exercises, going over those moments which may have led to some of your current barriers to growth.
We then look at current thoughts and experiences, in the moment to see those thoughts and feelings in action. From there we will apply techniques unique to you and your needs specifically that can be used in the moment to alter a situation, thought, and or feeling. We can develop an emotion and situational plan that can be used anytime anywhere to give you complete mastery of your life in every situation.
Other techniques I incorporate into my Lifesculpting counseling practice come from Gestalt Therapy, applied Stoicism, and road maps for self-becoming through the practical application of philosophical concepts from Nietzsche, Bergson, Heidegger, and Frankl. Eastern and Near-Eastern concepts such as psychological alchemy also serve as functions in my practice. I also utilize Jungian approaches of psychology, hypnosis, life-coaching, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help encourage the building of positive micro-habits. Lastly, I employ a series of exercises known collectively as Lifespan Integration Therapy, a methodology that will help you overcome negative elements of your past, which, in turn, will manifest as positive aspects here in the present.
